I know they said 5 days before surgery I figured it was a full 5 days so I am starting tomorrow.

The 28th. I kinda started a diet. Doing protein and watch by healthy dinner. But been snacking during the day. Not bad, but still snacking.

I am getting nervous been kinda staying off the site so I don't get all amped up lol

Are you starting your liquid diet the 27th or 28th
