That's amazing I am so thrilled to hear that. Is the discomfort like if you ate too much you feel blah? lol (only way I know how to describe it) I am feeling great, but that's only because I don't get my sleeve done until Monday. I was scared the past few days, but now I'm over it, and just ready to get it done. These protein shakes are starting to be the reason I'm sick..lol.. I feel like I drink soooo much. My time is coming very soon, and I'm so excited though. It will definitely be worth it in the end.

Hello Ashley. I'm feeling a lot better these past couple of days! Water in take is getting so much better, Thank God�� I was cleared to start eating solids yesterday so I was excited about that but only can eat a couple bites before feeling some discomfort. Hopefully that feels better in time☺️ How you doing?
