well, I don't post much.... Not like I did this to become popular...Just more healthy! I had surgery May 1st, 2015 and started at 268... Lost a ton quickly, by July 15th, I was at 215. Today, I'm down to 173. Everyone remarks how "SKINNY" I look! Have not worked out at all or exercised, which I know is bad! I am self employed and that was part of the problem...NO TIME! So now I eat a ton less. Am NOT hungry. Feel and sleep WAY better, and hopefully, I will find time to exercise! I do need to "Tone up". Some loose skin, but not bad. Like I said, wasn't worried about my looks. Just my health! I would recommend this procedure, the Gastric Sleeve, and Dr. Mario Almanza to anyone! My wife would love to have it done as well.
