    I'm doing great now. I've seen that there are so many different approaches that the docs have. I didn't have to do a pre op diet but I did personally stop solids 3 days out. now at almost 6 weeks out i'm eating almost everything except for doughy bread and tough meats. but my doc said i could put even the tougher drier meats into a crock pot and cook it all day and it will so tender that I can eat it. I didn't do the puree thing i started eating (and chewing a lot) after 2 weeks and I got yogurt with pieces in it and i did fine. i'm down 37lbs so i'm doing something right. how are you doing at this point?
