    Really, I am being picked up at 9am on the 29th as well, my flight comes in from Dallas at 8:30am =) I wonder if I should move my surgery date up as well. Btw, how are you doing it with the liquid diet? I started the morning great because I was by myself at home. Then my husband walked in with some pizza and I couldn't take it. I ate about 4 slices, then I hated myself for it afterwards =(

Achieving goals and feeling great!

I surpassed my second goal last week and sailed right by 195, and went on down to 192. I am so happy as I haven't seen this weight in close to 15 years. Finally allowed myself a little shopping spree yesterday with my best friend. She cried tears of joy for me when she saw the sizes I was able to wear FINALLY after so many years of the struggle. Achieved my first goal today! WOO HOO!

I am two weeks post-op today and when I got on the scale this morning, I have reached my first weight loss goal of getting down to 205. YAY! Next goal: 195. I am not setting dates on my goals because that has caused a lot of disappointment in my past attempts. It's a journey to a new me, not a deadline!
