Mine has been very slow too. I just started losing after a three week stall. I tried doing two protein shakes and one good meal per day.

WOW!!! This is GREAT NEWS!!!!....CONGRATS...I wish I could say that. Not so YET! I am losing very slowly for a number of reasons. I am premenopausal and it is no joke. The variables in the hormones is staggering. I am just trying to stay positive. EXCITED for you. Continue on your journey!!!

Feeling great. I have had very little pain. Only acid in my chest when I lay too flat. Stomach is sore but not bad. I am only eating jello, chicken broth, and sherbert...juice water for now. Waiting until seven days then onto the next phase for two weeks I believe. Yes, I had the same cough too. I am in Ocklawaha, Fl. near Ocala. Today is six days out and I am down to 220.
