    Good Morning Ronda, Tomorrow is my 47th birthday and my gift to myself is to travel to See Dr. Almanza and have the gastric sleeve surgery. I can't wait! I imagine it is a bit intimidating but put your trust in the lord and know what you are doing is life changing, life saving. Today is a gift.
