It's been a month since I've been on, just been very busy. Gonna try and catch you up as much as I can.
I am now in the Phase 3 diet plan. I am so excited because I can actually have food with substance and texture. Along with everything from the previous phases, I can soft/moist chicken, fish, turkey, and beef. I can also have soft scrambled eggs, tofu, mashed beans, and peanut butter (1TBS per day). I also have to drink 2- protein shakes per day. I am actively learning

June 30, 2015, I am 13 days out from surgery and went to my doctor for my post-op visit today. My weight today is 216.8. I am down 26lbs since my journey started on June 3rd. The doctor was very pleased. All of my stitches have healed up for the most part. So needless to say the visit was good. Oh and I asked about the bubbly in tummy which is normal. She said that heart burn is very common with the sleeve and all the acidic feeling in my tummy. So I just have to keep taking my pepcid twice a day

June 25, 2015. I am so excited to start Phase 2. I start taking my daily vitamins, I chose chewable Centrum silver (lol) and 500 mg calcium three times per day. The calcium I chose, well actually I chose two different kind. I ordered them online from Bariatric Advantage. The first is a chewable tablet, chocolate flavored. They are OK, not bad but nothing to get too excited about. The second is sugar free caramel flavored chewy bite. Now these are awesome! I got them because they are little caramel

I am now starting phase 1 diet which for me runs from June 18th to June 24th. My diet consists of 1/3 cup of the following: protein shake (only one per day), sugar free non carbonated drinks, sugar free popsicles, sugar free water ice, broth, sugar free jello. Yes this again!!! But the up side is that I won't feel like I am starving any more!!!! So I have to sip throughout the day every hour. The object of this phase is basically to stay hydrated.
June 19th I wake up with the worst

June 18th, I wake up. I am feeling wonderful. Well I am still in pain but definitely not like yesterday! Today the feeling was like I did too many crunches and overworked my ab muscles. I was still getting that pain medicine though. I got out of bed for the first time today to use the rest room. Of course I had to drag the IV pole but only after I disconnected this other machine that I was hooked up to. We did it ourselves but the alarm was so irritating till the nurse showed us how to turn it
