I have had a gastric sleeve.

Biography:

I have been overweight all of my life. I lost down to an acceptable weight about 14 years ago, and gained it all back plus some. When I went into the hospital to have my 4th child I was 260, I have done nothing but gain weight since then. I want to be able to tie my shoes, paint my toenails, play with my kids, and go places without feeling like someone is judging me for eating and being so big. I have wanted to have any type of bariatric surgery for about 12 years now. I have decided on the sleeve because it has less risks. Also because I have a hiatal hernia and I can have it done cheaper this way-my insurance does not cover it. (I have actually never had an insurance that does!) I am so very excited that this is finally going to happen. I thank God that He is allowing me to be so very blessed to have this done, so I can be healthy!
