Hey! I'm doing great, how are you doing? Feeling better? I'm about two weeks shy of three months post op and have lost 58 lbs. I'm working out 4-5 days a week and feeling great. Be prepared for the weight loss to slow down. I wasn't expecting that so soon. My weight loss was going very strong until about 3 weeks ago when it slowed down to about 1 lb. a week. I upped my calories and it seemed to help. After that I lost 3 lbs that week. I know it's supposed to slow down, I guess I didn't expect it so soon. I'm also doing a lot at the gym to add muscle. So I feel my body changing but the scale doesn't reflect it as drastically as before.
