Thank you for posting. I am currently 240 pounds. A week ago I visited a general surgeon to talk about gastric sleeve. I am in the process of the three-month workup for insurance. I am nervous about whether this is the right decision, and after seeing you in your success in makes me feel more comfortable. Any words of wisdom? You look fabulous!
