You bet I'll see you there. I hope. My work may interfere and I'll have to have it a couple of weeks later. I am so ready to have this over with. Then we can get on to our new life eh?

Thanks, the only advise I would give is to do what works for you! In the first 3 months it is very important to follow your surgeon and nutrition orders so that you can get the right amount of fluids and nutrion in your body so that you do not get dehydrated or sick. After about the 3 month mark, you should know what types of food you can tolerate and how much fluids you can consume in order to feel good. I do not count calories and I know I do not drink 64 fluid ounces of water a day, but I do eat and drink what my body can take. I try to go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week if I can, but the main thing that I think has help me to loose weight has been cutting out sodas and any carbornation drink totally. I hope this has help, if you have any concerns or any more question, please feel to to ask.

Thank you sooo much but I totally forgot to update my surgery date. I initially wanted to do it today to incorporate a holiday weekend, but after thinking about it some I realized I shouldn't do it now because of my grad school class so I am going in between sessions and have a March 3 date. So a little more than 2 weeks away!
