Hey! So back to where I left off, Ive passed the stall and gotten back on track with the ultimate goal in mind. My date is set for sure on July 31 and im counting it down. Im on my pre op diet as wel speak and Ive just begun to get used to that lol. My day is coming and im sooo ready to get on the other side!

Hello Mufasa, well, usually I would say. "I am fine" but, I'll be honest with you I am excited and anxious to start my journey of the new me, but I am also kind of nervous. I had a dream that the doctor was cutting my stomach and that he stopped because I had a lot of food in it... lol.... and he told me "I told you not to eat anything". Omg !! I woke up so scared !! lol...and today I started my super pre-op diet, but I am hungry !! lol..... my friend is going to bring diet jello ....I know they told me 3 days diet prior to surgery, but I got freaked out because of my dream....I am drinking a lot of water and exercising. I love my hair even tho I hate combing it... lol.... so one of the things I worry the most is loosing it.... but, I will take all the vitamins to prevent that to happen....I live in Illinois, do you live in Santa Clarita Valley? How did you like Dr. Almanza? Please tell me everything!! Lol.... you look good tho! I feel like the Pillsbury doughboy in female form... lol..... but, so set to change that, I have too !! for my own good. How are you feeling? Oh please help me with some do's and don'ts ...thank you !! hope to hear from you soon.

I know what you mean. It took me literally 5 hours to eat a small chick fil-a sandwich (no bun)... At least we always have leftovers.

I am almost a month out and down 23 lbs. yup- eat too much and it's coming up. That "final bite" is never worth it. Learning as I go. Thanks for keeping in touch!!! 40# is great! Are a lot of people noticing and asking questions?

Just checking in with you. I am 2 weeks post-op! How are you and how much have you lost? Just seen my surgeon yesterday...all is well!

Yes I am noticing that. Every day has Certainally gotton better. Wish I was farther down the road.

I got very sick from anesthesia. Vomiting every hour on the hour for about 25 hours, now it has slowed down some. Not impressed with the facilities. Could be cleaner IMO. Doctor A was efficient. Have slept 3-4 hours. Limited pain. Drinking. Leak test tomorrow. Feeling good about it. Can't wait to get drain out. Nurse Alex A+.
