Hey Surgery date partner! Looking great, congrats to you! Just posted some pictures myself finally, everything is good, still hard but I trying to push though and stay focused on the goals. Any who, just wanted to say congrats to you, and show some support!!

Its going pretty good lately how bout you?

Well I'm at 215 and 6'1 so I may try to push for 200 and I'll be fine with that. I still do daily cardio but the biggest achievement to hit my goal weight has been staying true to my low cal/low carb diet even after surgery. I get in great sized meals and have a total of 38-45 total carbs daily. Most of my food is protein & liquids. And even in those carbs I still cheat with a little SugarFree snack maybe once every other week!

Lol it has been an amazing journey man! Absolutely NO regrets! I am loving every single day! Buying new clothes is definitely a plus for me

Hello, I'm new to this forum and I'm trying to decide on which company/organization to go with although I have already scheduled my surgery with Dr. Alamanza. Any tips for an apprehensive individual would be great. I see you've had your surgery already and hope all went well.

Congrats on your progress. How are you coming along. At 2.5 years out, I'm finding the hardest part is maintaining but I continue to work hard. I can now eat more at least a small saucer of food. I have to strive to make good choices. I've worked too hard to get to this point. Just sending you words of encouragement. I tell myself that eating the junk food does not make me nearly as happy as being healthy feels.
