    Hello, I am planning my gastric sleeve surgery inn April of 2016 & I just wanted to talk with someone who has had the procedure already. I'm a little apprehensive and am trying to decide between two different facilities or companies in Mexico. Any feedback would be great. Thank you.

    You look great! Did you have any plastic surgery after? Did you do any specific pre-op exercising? What exercising are you doing now? Did you take any supplements to help with the skin sagging issues post op?
