I didn't know I wasn't feeling the best when I was big and blamed the aches and pains on everything but being fat. Now that I am smaller I don't have those aches and pains and I feel great. The one thing I have been seeing though is losing weight now is very hard since I am so close to my goal weight. Very Frustrating !!! I am very good at holding at the same weight and that is good but I just want to lose another 22 pounds. The doctors say that would be enough that they think I would look good
