Hi everyone
just wanted to post a update. I am down 53 lbs I had my surgery on February 25, 2015 in Mexico. I am happy with the speed of weight loss and I feel like I am doing good. Although I eat 5 small meals a day and just a little at a time I do feel satisfied. I am getting use to my new healthy way of eating and actually doing great. I eat mostly fish, chicken, shrimp and veggies my favorites are squash, zucchini, asparagus, spaghetti squash, broccoli, cauliflower. Tilapia is usually my

But it isn't as bad as what I had expected and everyday I feel better and better. The staff was great to us. Although the treatment isn't like here in the states it was fine. The only thing I would have liked to talk to the doctor afterwards just to see how things went. There were like

So..... I started my liquid diet and so far I am feeling pretty good. My head feels a little funny but I have ate so many "last" meals over the past 2 weeks I think I am literally sick of food believe it or not lol.
I am getting so anxious and nervous I cant wait!! I think I am more scared of the plane ride then the actually surgery.
Mostly, I just want to be able to return to my normal activities when I get home. To my work, to my sons baseball and daughter cheering. Just
