I can't believe that I haven't been on here for so long. I hope everyone had a great Christmas while staying strong with your sleeves. I have finally reached my goal of 170lbs and I couldn't be more excited. I do have some fluctuations of 3 to 5 lbs depending on how much I have to travel. I will be celebrating my one year anniversary of my sleeve on January 16, and I am still learning something most every day. Again, I can't thank everyone on this site enough for the endless encouragement and information. I stop by often, just don't post much, but THANKS for the friendly advice that you guys always give.
