  1. ......I Wish I would not have done the surgery. I wish I would have had more faith in myself that I could lose the weight naturally. Now I realize that If you rely want something it takes hard work. surgery should not be taken lightly and it may not be the best option for everyone, like myself. I have to live with my choice, but I would advice everyone out their before you do any weight loss surgery do your research and know that your body may not be able to handle the changes, and can make you feel very ill.

Although my doctor ask me if I had any question, I did not think about them until after I got very sick.

You may want to ask your doctor these questions?

How long will take me to be able to eat Solid food?
How long will I be on a liquid Diet?
How much of water would I be able to drink for the rest of my life?
How much would I be able to eat for the rest of my life?
What is the max that my stomach will stretch?
How much will I be able to drink after my surgery?
How much of my stomach will be removed?
what percent of my stomach will be left over?

How much can I lose on the sleeve with following the diet?
  2. I regret doing my my sleeve surgery. Its been 11 days since I had my sleeve surgery. My experiences has been horrible. I vomit a lot and got dehydrated, while feeling weakness in my body. My stomach cannot take in protein, as it use too.
In top of feeling so horrible, the surgery is actually more work than a regular diet. The sleeve surgery is more time consuming, while having the high risk of surgery complications. For example,
before my surgery, I was able to drink protein and reduce my craving and feel full. I was able to drink a full bottle of water in large amount, and certain foods. I was able to eat and snack all day if the food had low calories or no calories. Now after the surgery, I cannot do half of these things; I don't think I will ever be able to drink the amount of water like I did before my surgery, or be able to feel satisfy after i eaten a meal.
