I recently hit 100 lbs lost and still have 65 to go, definitely kicking it up slowly at the gym to get there. When I started, I was using the bike for my cardio. I eventually worked up to walking on the treadmill. Then running. Then the elliptical. I have a bum knee, and have settled on power walking with a high incline on the tread as my cardio of choice, and it keeps my heart rate right in the sweet spot for weight loss for the longest period of time.

80 lbs lost since initial consultation, 70 lost post op (Dec. 30th). About 90 lbs from my highest weight. I refuse to spend money on clothes while I'm still losing. I'm still wearing my oversized clothes (even though it's beginning to be irritating) and I punch holes in my belts. Quick but I feel important thought...there's alot of posts about the sleeve being a lifelong commitment and it's ok to eat what you want as long as you don't overeat. Not pointing anyone out or trying to start arguements, just playing devil's advocate to several people with similar posts so don't take it personal.
Alot of us are (most, maybe even all if we admit it or not) food addicts. The sleeve restricts but does not change our mindset in the least bit. If you refuse to change

Why yes, I do weigh daily. And yes, it does drive me absolutely batty. I'm glad you noticed. You didn't? I'm putting words in your mouth? Well...your fault for reading! I have EVERY RIGHT to do that as the author you know! Ever heard of creative liberty? Yea?! Well BACK ATCHA BUDDY!
Anyway, sorry to those of you that hung around through that. Got kind of ugly back there. Anyway, as I was saying. I weigh daily. This is a normal week of weigh ins.
All taken roughly the same
