Happy New Year's everyone... Today I had my 1 month post op appt with my Dr.. Nd just wanted to share with all that I have lost 30lbs since having my surgery on Dec 1 😃
Im feeling very happy with my weight loss right now, I'm doing better,feeling better still a little sluggish but im ok..,He cleared me to start exercising which im gonna start. The gym on Mon Jan 5....im excited about that. Im also cleared to start eating soft food,which i started about a wk ago on my own to see how
