So I think (hope) that I might be maintaining now. It's only been a few days of my weight not changing but it's the longest I've gone so far without loosing (since the stall )
I'm 145 and I'm happy. I'm not sweaty, it's great. I'll post an update soon. Maybe even tonight :-) you are doing great and looking great!!!

When did you start mixing up the Premier protein shakes by adding other ingredients? I am three weeks out today and starting to think of ways to be ready to add some variety to my morning protein drink. I used to make morning smoothies all the time but Ive read to be careful adding too many "greens" and such. I used to add Chia seeds too, do you ever use that or is it too rough on the new tummy?

Aww, I had my mini dachshund, Lucy. She passed away in march from kidney failure. She was my shadow. she was an awesome little hot dog :-)

I've been busy out in the garden, I got a puppy and she keeps me busy and ofcoarse the kids do too.
Down to 178 and loving it. Loss has been pretty steady. Hoping it stays that way till my goal 145-155

Hello my friend, just starring to feel a little better to start responding. I'm thankful that I made it through its was just like you said. However, I have so many doubts, I want to eat something. But I've been good and trying to follow doctor instructions doing what is asked. Having a hard time remembering to sip every 15 minutes so hope that I don't dehydrate myself. This is hard, no really the only thing that I can say that I've done correctly is walking, I'm loving that and its keeping my head up. I didn't want you worrying about me so wanted to send this quick message and thank you again for all that you did and said to keep me calm. Really meant a lot to me, and it really helped me get through. I will check in with you later this weekend, going to take another pill the growling, and pain is too much.
