That's awesome, good for you two! We've been married 8 years. I'm working daily to make him continue to feel like the most important thing to me. Congrats on your size 8! Feels good to be able throw anything on and not count the minutes til you can get back into those horrible baggy sweatpants doesn't it?!

Mentally I still see myself as an amazon till i go into my closet and put on my size 8 pants that I've never worn before EVER!!! I've always been tall 5'10" and "big boned" and at the least I would wear a 12 but this has been great and very easy to do! I don't have any issues with my sweet hubby, we have been married for 38 years and I'm NOT looking for another man!!! I have the best one on the planet and wouldn't trade him for anyone or thing and he knows it!!! The grass is not ever greener on the other side! they all have the same plumbing just sometimes worse packages!!! I guess reassure your man he's the one and love him through it! I'm so glad I did this.. I know its just a tool and that I can gain the weight back so I lesson to my body and quit before I get full...

Everything is going great, I'm down 70+ pounds. Happy 4 month sleeversary to you too. Sorry I'm so late, crazy busy with finals.

I have a few questions if you don't mind, because my surgery is May 11,2015. I am having it done by the same surgeon, and I want to know how you felt going in, and how you felt when you woke up, because these are some of the things I have concerns about, but the people you call at the 800 number don't know because they have never had it done.

This is a great site. Some lovely people. Almost everyone is so positive. Although nobody's perfect or pretends to be. But most folks really are working their sleeves pretty hard.

Good luck with your journey and new life. I'm coming up on a year post op and have no complaints.
P.S. I had to have gallblader surgery within six months of having the sleeve. I should have had it removed as the option in surgery. I would suggest you research it and have it done at the same time.
