    Hey!!! I'm here in Tijuana!!! I am having my surgery today...gulp. I hope everything went well for you yesterday! I'll be on the look out for you!
    ...sorry I didn't respond to your message. I really just got this. Like you, I've been busy. I did good on the Preop diet. After about 2-3 days I stopped feeling hungry. My husband says he's so proud of me. I'm proud of me too.

    How are you doing on your preop? Ive been so busy!! I try to get to this group, im just to tired lol That being said my energy level is actually very good with this preop.. having migraines from no coffee really bad so I called the nutritionalist he said 1 cup isn't going to hurt.. so its black which i dont mind because I usually only have a little milk. Migraines are gone so thats a plus!! Did you purchase the vitamins from them?

Biography:
I am soon to be 33 yrs old and am just tired of the constant fluctuation of my weight. I'll drop a drastic amount of weight every few years only to gain it back and then some within months to a year. I finally decided that enough was enough. Now being the heaviest i've ever been I know that I cannot continue this way. I need help. Thankfully, I have a husband that supports my decision to do this. I have too much to be thankful for and happy about to be wasting my life away miserable in my own skin. I'm ready for a better beginning!
