Ok. So I did my surgery on 01/16/2016 with doctor Almanza. I have being feeling weak, tire, very emotional, thinking a can't eat food. I can't drink all the water or protein that I need to. I regret that I did the surgery. I m very upset I want to feel ok. What vitamins recommend? and protein shakes?
