What a great job you have done, congrats congrats congrats. It is so nice to see people get to their goal weight and actually cross the finish line, it really gives me hope of doing the same one day.. You see some people start posting on here from time to time about how you will only lose 60 to 80 percent of the weight you are over and that just ticks me off. You prove my theory that all is possible after the sleeve. Keep smiling that beautiful victorious smile!!!!!!!!

Hello, Congrats on your decision on getting the sleeve. THe Key is protein. You have heard right, you don't eat alot on the sleeve. I could eat a large sub, fries and a salad before. Now I am barely get down a quater of a lean cuisine. You just get stuffed very quickly. I am simply not very hungry. It is like re-training yourself. I eat chicken with sauce and low fat cheese, cottage cheese, eggg beaters, suger free popsicles, and boca burgers with low fat cheese.
I am scheduled for a reversal of lapband to sleeve on 10/4 anyone give me some tips I am terrribly shaken as the Lapband was simply not for me. I heard with the sleeve you dont feel hungry and eat very little. Can somebody plz tell me what a day of eating having the sleeve is like
