Third week since surgery. I'm down to 273lbs from 310lbs. Everything going good. No issues.

Took out the stiches today. Pretty easy. No pain. Taking my daily bariatric vitamins. No issues there. Swallowing with problems.......

I start back to work tomorrow. Also I'm starting my 30 min walks tomorrow. I have been doing 10- 15 mins walks .So far no issues. I weigh 280 as of today, I was 310 lbs only 3 weeks ago.....

How is your recovery going now? I am considering surgery with Dr. Almanza and wondered if you have any advice for things to bring? aftercare? who takes out the stitches from the incisions?
