Hi well I am now on day 6 of Optifast, the first 2 days was excruciating!!, I started on the Friday, and had a meltdown on Saturday lol, a few tears the next few days got better, I craved bread, eggs on toast and meat yuum!!, I am now feeling better though I have a really growly tummy and a have been going to the toilet a fair bit. Most afternoons I have been experiencing hot sweats and headaches. I have lost 4 kilos so far, so I am pretty proud of myself I have never stuck to anything this strict before in my life and it is starting to show yay!! only 9 days to go until surgery, I am now 105.5 kilos, I am looking forward to it except I am also a little worried about the after surgery and the first month of drinking my food through a straw or a blender lol. I did cheat once or twice on this diet though it was with a very healthy small portion of grilled chicken but I never put on weight thank goodness!!
