Chapstick & Wisp disposable mini-toothbrushes...Don't forget a sweater; the late afternoon walks were chilly. Pebbles, I am a trooper. I have been walking all day down the halls, trying to rid my body of this gas!!! It is quite painful. I can't be at work getting sick. I might let the cat of the bag! LOL!

Whew! My surgery is now complete and I am feeling quite well, physically and mentally. Case be told, I better on the physical side because of the nurses regularvtrip to my for pain medicine administration! LOL! I was able to drop 74lbs pre-surgery and looking forward to be in the 100 club in July! I definitely feel like a new man! Thanks for the best wishes!

I know that we are all human but I read so many comments about not losing weight and not doing what you are suppose to be doing. I do not know about some of you but I am having to go to Mexico and I am paying for my surgery out of my savings, but who do not have an estimated total amount of $5200 is me not to get the results I need. Maybe it is easier not to do what you suppose to if someone else is paying for your surgery. Stop doing what you want start taking this serious we are fat because of doing what we want. Stop being satisfied with average it is time for us to be better. Learn to love you! I hope I stepped on someone toes and it hurt!

I am worried that my blood pressure will go up like it always do when I get nervous are scared have anyone experienced that? the next question is how do you get the stitches out?
