My surgery was Dec 8th, 2014. I went for my 1 mth post op. Dr said i was doing very well. I have lost 1/3 of extra body weight. I have not one time been sick. I can start exercising however have tobe careful cuz i broke my back n messed my hips in Aug 2014. I am loving the outer and inside changes i am going through. Feeling so much better bout myself. I thank God for giving me the direction of what i needed to do, to make a healthier life.
