Does anyone else worry about losing too much weight? I'm far from my goal, but worried that the weight loss will not stop. I cannot eat much, and sometimes feel my body is not getting enough nutrients. I know this is crazy, but in my mind the people who I see thats lost a lot of weight were sick or dying. I have noticed that I can only eat small amount of foods, but in a 1-2 hours I'm hungry again. I'm pushing fluids and proteins, but still get hungry. At first I though it was head hunger and kept drinking water and nectar protein shakes but it didn't help. My stomach growls and I feel better after eating a little bit of almonds, yogurt, string cheese, or cottage cheese, but it does not last long. I keep track of my calorie intake and food I eat and get between 1000-1300 calories a day. Not sure

. Surgery weight 268, current weight 223 for a total weight loss of 45 lbs.

I did it! My first goal was met to lose 40 pounds (surgery on 11/19/14). This morning stepped on the scale and was down 41 pounds. I have been literally working my butt off exercising trying to meet my first goal. Weight loss has been slow, and about 4 pounds a week. Next goal to be under 200 pounds (28 pounds to go)

Gosh Darn It!!! I was doing so good, and staying away from carbs since my surgery on 9/19/14. Today my daughter made enchiladas and a cherry chip cake. I ate 1/4 of the enchilada and really wanted a piece of cake. Decided to have a cup of sugar free tea to see if this would help my sugar craving. NOPE...I ate a piece of cake that was 2" X 2". Now, I feel sick to my stomach from the guilt. Why did I do this??? I know I'm a sugar addict and have to stay away from carbs!
