Good Idea about the Gatorade. My best friend works in the lab at Red Deer hospital and she told me the majority of hospital admittance with sleevers is electrolytes are out of whack. I got an electrolyte powder from shoppers and put it in my water bottle each day for the first month and it really helped to just sip on it all day. Good luck and I know how good it feels to get back to your own bed. Keep me posted.

Hi. I start my preop diet on the 26th of December. Dr. Mario Almanza is my surgeon. I fly out of Regina on the 4th of January snd my surgery is on the 5th. I have a sister who lives in Regina and so i am going there on the night of the 2nd and staying in case the weather turns bad. This way I do not have to worry about the roads. I am getting very excited now and cannot wait to start my new life.
