I know right! Day 2 of the liquid diet going good. I thought I'd be more hungry but it's still mid day so I am crossing my fingers. I keep reminding myself to think of the future me. Keeping head strong. A little nervous but still more excited. Are you staying at Real Del Rio? How are you doing? How are you feeling?

I was wondering after the surgery I have read they recommend taking a vitamin b-12 supplement. Has anyone ever heard of Thrive? It has a vitamin B-12 complex capsules and and patch that helps give you energy. Has anyone every used this while on sleeve? I was thinking of using if I needed energy especially since I will be back to work after 2 weeks and to keep up with my son. Or any other recommendations or advice?
