Ahhhh, glad to finally hear from you. I worrworried that something happened oe that after your consult you said he'll no it wasn't for you.
I'm doing well. Been in a stall all week. Gained .4 lbs for three days straight and finally on the fifth day lost the 1.2 I'd gained and .4 extra. At least it's moving down again. I feel good. Don't even feel like I had surgery except for when it comes to food. Been eating soup, cottage cheese, and yogurt all week. I actually think I wasn't supposed to have that until today, but oops! It has helped to satisfy me. Haven't been getting my protein at all other than the cottage cheese and yogurt. I did find mega muscle milk with 40 grams of protein in 14 ounces today. I drank the whole thing, so I'm pretty damn pleased that I got so much protein in one drink. I do still miss food mostly because my husband and I went out to dinner for every meal. Now we don't know what to do with our nights out. Can't drink so we can't go to our favorite bar. Can't eat so we can't go to our favorite restaurants. That sucks. We'll just have to figure out somewhere new to go. We did hit the casino one night and I won $383, so yay! I have a gambling problem so best if I don't go there too much ;-)
All in all I feel pretty good and not having so many of those what the hell have I done moments. We'll see how Thanksgiving goes... it's my favorite. I may cry!!
