How are you doing? I was in a stall for almost two weeks. Finally came out of it and down to 211 this morning. I am trying to eat protein and drink more liquids. Isopure is great if you haven't tried it. They have 50 grams of protein and don't taste bad either. Hope you are well! Laurie

Congrats on your surgery, how is your progress?

Glad to hear it! I am doing great! 6 weeks tomorrow so the training wheels come off! No restrictions with food or the gym. Getting my fluid intake is getting easier, and food as well. Still cant eat too much, but that is a good thing! That is why we all did this! Down 37 pounds, it is a bit slower lose than at the beginning, but really enjoying seeing this new me! Good luck on everything!

How are you feeling? I had my surgery on Wednesday in Puerta Vallerta Mexico. I just had my drain tube removed this morning and I feel much better. How are you doing? All went well with me...just kind of scared to eat...I don't want to have pain. Do you have five scars? I do...I am feeling good just an occasional feeling of acid in my throat and sometimes I feel the need to cough with hurts but getting stronger.

Well, I'm long through that process, but it was stressful. It felt like it would never be over. Now that I look back it wasn't that long or big of a deal, it just felt like it at the time.

One of the things that scares me is not working out. Getting out of the habit of working out. It has to be a way of life to keep moving. This surgery has changed my life and I'm very grateful for that change and I want to continue that success.
