Almost 3 months post op and only 16 pounds down :(

Alright I think I have been patient enough, but I am so so frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have lost 16 pounds in 3 months is this normal????? For some reason I have it in my head that I am suppose to be losing way more than I am. I am still doing the gym 4-5 days a week and zumba 3 days a week, I am eating and drinking the way I am suppose to. I read a blog on here that your body thinks you are in starvation mode for awhile, but how long is awhile?? I have lost tons of inches, but it sucks not seeing
