    one week ago today i took a big step in taking back my life from the grips of morbid obesity.... the first few days were awful, and hard ,and i was in a lot of pain.... but today I'm feelin soon much better and I'm sooo excited to continue on my quest for better health..... I've got 2 years before i turn "50" I'm on a mission to be the healthiest and happiest possible....and to be a HOT middle-aged mama!!! WOO-HOOOO!!!!
