Those two little ones are my grand children who I love dearly and being a grandmother is the best thing I have ever done! lol I have been starving myself I guess drinks and broth here. I can have pureed soups and smoothies starting Christmas day, yippee!
Sounds like your eat intake with your doctor having yogurt would take amazing, I do only have 3 more days and I am ready for Phase 2 of my sleeve diet. I've been on Pinterest so much looking up all these recipes with quinoa and cloud bread (which isn't bread, but tastes like it and very nutrious). Hi tblank...I had my surgery same day as you! How is it going for you. Looks like you have 2 little ones at home? You've got a challenge...good for you, though, doing this now, while they are young! My 2 girlsare now 21 and 22 and live away from home...both girls are in the Navy! I am trying to be patiend with what I can eat and not eat. I have struggled, I will admit! Ate a shortbread cookie, okay 2, on day 3 of being home! Also, ate 3 french fries with some broth I ordered at a restaurant. I guess i just want to eat 'normal' foods right away...I want my stomach to be smaller, but I also want its physiology to be the same as before, so I can just eat 'one bite' of a hamburger, or whatever I want! Guess that's not happenin'. My stomach hurt a little after the fries, but I am back on track today...grits with non fat cheese for breakfast. I did have a few tiny 'shaves' of apple, too. Good luck to you...good reading on your 'wall' as you are the same day as me...good luck in all!
