Hi everyone! I had my sleeve done two weeks ago yesterday! So far so good. Also had to have my gall bladder removed as it was full of stones. If it weren't for that, I think the surgery would have been a little easier. Still bruised and a little painful around the main incision, but feeling better every day. The first week was just clear liquids and I am now in the second week of stage two, which consist of cream soups, protein shakes, sugar free puddings, which I will be on for another week. Then I have week of puréed foods, soft boiled eggs, ricotta, cottage cheese, etc. just found a great website with some great sounding recipes for puréed foods. It's called theworldaccordingtoeggface.com. Looking forward to trying some of them. That will be for a week, then I move to regular foods....just tiny bites and small amounts. So far I have lost 14 lbs, but not much in the last few days. Don't know how that's possible since I have hardly been eating much, but it's OK. The doctor said I lost so much in the first week, because I was probably dehydrated. Now that I am hydrating, it slowed me down. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day and staying warm!
