It has been five months since my last post. I had to postpone my surgery in February, but I finally go in on June 23rd!!!! I am so excited. It's been awhile since I've logged in. Christmas just ended, and I'm actually thankful for that. This year has been hard, and it's becoming obvious that its going to get harder before it gets better. I'm okay with that, I'll have to be, but it still sucks. I just keep reminding myself that there are people in the world that are in downright awful situations, and that we're going to be okay in a few more months. So I have decided to have the surgery, and I'm scheduled for Feb '15. I'm terribly excited, and a bit scared. Oddly enough, my only fear is going under anesthesia. I've only been under once before, and i understand being obese and in my 30's, the risk of complications are a bit higher. I cannot wait for this new start, this new chapter.
