hi there and thx everyone for your warm wishes it means a lot. i had my surgery 3 days ago now and dont feel too bad had a little pain over the 3 days but nothing unbearable and feel a lot better today. Still not feeling hungry yet tho which is strange, was a little dissapointed to find i had lost no weight at all while i was in hospital but am gonna put that down to bloating as my tummy still feels quite swollen. Looking forward to seeing some results in the next couple of weeks tho and getting married on the 20th august as a slimmer lady. Am not regretting the surgery as such but feel unsure for the first time in my life what to eat but a suppose thats trial and error am sure al find something that works for me x

Well its now day 7 of my pre op diet and must say today has been the very worst a feel absolutly starving, have no patience and am aching all over. i cant wait for the op now cos am soooooo soooooooooooo hungry haha x

I was on clear liquids for a week, full liquids for another week, puree'd foods for a week, soft foods for a week and then slowly moved on to regular foods while still including the previous foods into my daily food intake. Just don't get ahead of yourself. Take small sips and then small bites. Don't be in a big hurry to eat whatever you want.
