    Congrats on your progress. How are you coming along. At 2.5 years out, I'm finding the hardest part is maintaining but I continue to work hard. I can now eat more at least a small saucer of food. I have to strive to make good choices. I've worked too hard to get to this point. Just sending you words of encouragement. I tell myself that eating the junk food does not make me nearly as happy as being healthy feels.

    Good luck on your journey im sure you have worked real hard too. Best of luck on your success

    Hiya - I loved your advice and thoughts about guilt. Letting go of shame and guilt has been one of the most important parts for me in both preparing for and dealing with having the sleeve. All good thoughts your way for your surgery in a couple of weeks!

  13. hi Eddie, i didnt know if u knew or not about the cell phone service when u are in mx. i asked brandi while im in mx if i can use the cell phone, she said: u can but it is international. either include that for that billing cycle or, download the viber app. ur loved ones will need it too. u will be able to text & call for free with that.
  14. hi Eddie, you say its my turn. ok i will give it my best shot. not bragging , but like you i too would give anyone the shirt off my back. i am a natural born care giver. love to travel.dont smoke, or drink. love to hunt & fish as you know.love the out doors. like to try to help ppl emotionally, to lighten up on their selves & others. always to have forgiviness towards others no matter what. i feel like peace, joy & love can be experienced every day. i am a retired nurse. love to cook. enjoy ppl. try to help family , & friends if they need help with anything. not to the point to where i think it may stop them from helping there self.if you know what i mean. love to dance. texas 2 step, line dancing. & others. sing in the quire at church. and yep, God is my Father & is control of my life. i have been through some pretty rough times in my life. would take too much time to talk about. but thank God its all better now. i have a wonderful husband which i love with all my heart. i have been accused of caring too much, i have to be carful & not get too emotionally envolved with ppl. help, but gaurd my heart. i council with young ppl at church. enjoy life to the fullest as i can. my husbands name is johnny ray

Ok, so here's my story...

Born a toothpick, all the way to an amazing 3rd grade. Summer of 3rd grade I needed glasses...Don't ask me why but this changed me. They made me self conscious, shy, and timid. By 4th grade i had blown up like a blimp!
Kids were cruel, hurtful, mean...but i didn't care. I was a country boy that kept to myself and always turned the other cheek.
