Need advice...2 months after sleeve my liver function tests are elevated. Anyone have this, any advice??

Yes. I flew to San Diego a day early to keep things relaxed. Stayed near the marina enjoyed the view and had a glass of wine. Next day on to Mexico. There were two couples, two friends traveling together and the rest of us went solo.

The hotel was very nice. It's full of folks getting surgery. Front desk girls seemed tired of us tourist. Nurses at hotel and hospital were great. The facility was clean and fairly modern. Second hand beds and IV poles that sort of thing. Some people drove across the border to the hotel. Some flew into San Diego. If you fly they pick you up at airport. The vans aren't marked so you look for a van driver who seems to be looking for people to pick up. That have your name and arrival time, so it works out.

Yah, pain and nausea weren't an issue for me The NG tube after surgery cause I was going from band to sleeve, and gas. I wasn' sold on the Gas X srips until I went without for a couple days, just restocked! Good luck

hi patrikian, my name is gurvis gibbons. i saw that u had ur surg. rescently. hope u had a good experience, and are doing good. im having mine in jan. 2015. i will take my gas x with me. i hear that the worst of it is the gas after surg. lol

Hey Hun. I am doing great. Are you still in Tijuana? Am at Hotel Ticuan. Had mine on Friday and the worst is just the gas. but gas x strips and walking will soon get that over with.

Got to the hotel early this morning. a little nervous in TJ but decided I'm not going to hide in my room. Went for a walk, found an ATM, bought a latte and a hat. They are having a street fair ...get this... to celebrate food of Mexico. Which I love but on my pre-op diet.

Well, I'm in San Diego. Tomorrow is pre-op day. I didn't want to feel rushed or anymore overwhelmed so I flew in a day early to just enjoy the marina view. Drinking my fluids, wine is a fluid right???
