hey gail2 I have to tell you it was a little rougher than I thought it would be as far as compering to band, Dr Almanza has not then or now answered any of my questions as far as scar tissue? should I do something extra because of band, I have stuck to my diets to the t because im scared to have a leak, I had my band done in mexico also but I used a different Dr and I wish I would have went back to him just because of his facility and they did respond to any questions I had. I am now 16 days out and I feel good, I've lost 13llbs and although my incisions haven't healed my doctor here is treating me ..I do have a question has your band been emptied ?

Ok 10 days out and in really hating anything liquid !!! Drinking is much easier and can get more than sips down..who would have ever thought you could be excited for purée food.
