I am four days away from being 4 months post op. I still believe this is the best thing I have ever done for myself. As of this morning I am under 200 pounds for the first time in over 15 years. I have lost 67 pounds and I feel great. I am increasing the amount of time I spend of the tread mill and starting to use free weights. Hope everyone else is doing well too!!!

I have taken my first shower with the special soap. I have to take another one in the morning. I am ready to do this! I'm the first surgery in the morning. I am getting their at 5am. Please pray for me! I am feeling pretty good about things, but a little anxious. I hope I live to post again....
