    Today marks one week since my sleeve. I feel okay but I cant stand those shakes. Do yu have any alternatives that may help me get over the protein hump?

Hello everybody!

Its been 1 week today since my sleeve. I feel less pain but I cant stand those shakes anymore! I need advice alternatives so I get my protien in. Its getting to the point that even food itself is sounding like a bad ideal. Need some advice.
