I started on Sunday drinking 2 shakes a day, 3 eggs, and something like veggies or another protein source of no more than 3 ounces. I spoke with my Dr and he said it will take 2 weeks to shrink my sleeve back up. I am hopeful that I see a difference after next week. So far I lost 3 lbs. It seems like a small number, but in less than a week, I am happy so far. Let me know what you are doing to kick start you re-start. Thanks for messaging me.

I had my surgery with Dr. Mun as well. I was doing good and then life as a single working mother hit. I have been snacking and stress eating so I am gaining.
I am not happy with it so I decided to get back online and we connected with the GS family. I plan to try to reset my pouch next week with a liquid diet and try the protein rich meals after a couple of weeks.

hi there - sorry, just now seeing your message, but it looks like you've already had your surgery. the only thing i would do differently is excise more and probably work harder on getting my fluids in. had surgery in sept and very close to 100 lbs lost. slows down a lot at 6+ months. so exercise and water need to be my friends. i'm very happy with my results.
