Hello all,
I woke up this morning without the aid of an alarm clock or the dog asking to go out. The clock said 3:50 am and my day was about to begin.
I showered dressed and grabbed my bag, and out the door we went, headed to the airport, destination Tijuana!!
After a life time of up goes the sale down goes the scale. Up goes my hope down goes my esteem, I am so very hopeful and determined that the sleeve will finally be the tool that chisels the barrier to freedom!

Hi everyone,

I am scheduled to have my sleeve done in 6 days and I think I screwed the pooch!
I have been on an all liquid diet consisting of protein shakes and jello for the last 4 days.
now I am looking at everyones postings and they are saying CLEAR liquid diets.
I have been drinking 3 GNC Total Lean 25 premade, and broth and jello.
