Water weight!!!!

Has Diurex worked to get some of this water weight off...I am 1 year post op and this water weight is a pest lol...

2/19 will make my 5 month mark and I've hit another stall but I'm just fine with it. I'm ok with my current weight loss and eating more. My A1C went from 9.8 to 7 so I'm almost there (4.4 - 6.1 is normal). I'm content with my progress.

I drink a protein shake in the morning for my breakfast because I DON'T want food...but it tears my stomach up!!!! I have to GO as soon as I get through drinking it...am I the only one?

Well I have experienced "haterization" at it's best...and sadly from a supposedly good friend. This person knows about the diabetes and high blood pressure and that my health was the main factor in having this surgery but she's only concerned about the "losing weight part" It's sad that ppl like you as long as they feel you are no threat to them...but I'm married and so is she!!!, so I'm not trying to compete with anyone for a man because I have one!!! But this person starves
