28 day post op
Surgery 8/4 started @ 4pm out 7pm, up walking halls 2am, went home 6pm 8/5. Ask for PCA -pain pump - my dr used Diluid
Drink warm liquids post op, only chew ice chips, then drink room temp Isopure protein drink, warm jello fluid/water -good source of protein (childhood comfort thing my mom did when I was sick), warm broth.
Cold fluids cause more gas/pressure. Use Gas X stripes.
If nausea sip warm fluids eases spams.
Hard to balance protein with water. Try 50/50
